The Illusion of Control
Control tells us we must hold everything together. But wisdom reminds us that what’s truly meant for us can only emerge when we stop gripping so tightly.

When we refuse to let go, life becomes a constant battle. Even in moments of calm, we brace for impact. Control might promise security, but in reality, it only brings exhaustion. We weren’t designed to live with clenched fists and guarded hearts.

A simple mantra can help: “Right now, it’s like this.” These words don’t change the situation but invite us to acknowledge it, without resistance, without needing to fix it.
This moment is just that, a moment. Not forever. Not always. Just right now.

And when we meet the present with openness, something shifts. The weight eases. We see beyond it. We soften. We expand.

When we release our grip, we make space for something greater, the unseen magic that only reveals itself when our hands are open, and our hearts are soft.

Let go. Trust. Be free. And when doubt creeps in, simply remind yourself: Right now, it’s like this.
